New studies led by Scientists at Brigham and Women’s Hospital suggests that high intake of Chocolate could be helpful for our body. I happened to read an article published by Natali Anderson on Sci-News on the 25th of June 2021. Thought it is worth sharing with you all.
The Scientists suggest that high intake of Chocolate in the morning, evening or night can help burn body fat as well as reduce blood glucose levels. Such high intake of chocolate results in differential effects on Hunger and Apatite, Lipid Oxidation, Fasting Glucose, Microbiota and Sleep and Temperature Rhythms.
It is a known fact that consumption of Chocolate contributes to Weight Gain as it contains high amounts of fat and calories. But the new studies suggest that certain levels of consumption of Chocolate could be helpful for our body.
Dark Chocolates may offer some potential benefits with respect to weight loss. It contains compounds like Polyphenols, Flavanols and Catechins which is often called as a health food.
