What is meant by Good Health?
“Health is a state of complete Physical, Mental and Social Well-being and not merely an absence of disease or infirmity”. This is the most famous definition of health as mentioned in the Preamble to the Constitution of the World Health Organization.
We can maintain Good Health by eating healthy foods, doing exercises or workout, meditation and having proper sleep and rest.
