The Jumeirah Lake Towers is a large development in Dubai. There are several towers constructed and occupied and also under construction at the moment. These towers are constructed along the sides of three artificial lakes – the Lake Almas West, Lake Almas East and JLT Lake.
The total area covered by Lakes, Waterways and Landscaping is about 730,000 square meters and towers range from 30 to 45 floors. The Centerpiece tower, Almas Tower is 66 floors situated between the Almas West and Almas East lakes.
Towers – Construction
The towers in JLT are organized in 26 clusters A to Z each having up to three towers and own parking spaces as well as retail waterfront.
There are Hotels and Hotel Apartments, Universities, Commercial and Residential Towers, Parks, Licensed Bars, Healthcare facilities and several retail outlets in JLT. The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) has its head office and the Dubai Diamond Exchange in the Almas Tower. DMCC Free Zone is the largest Free Zone in UAE with more than 18,000 registered members as of 2021.
