The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is all set for the New Year Eve (NYE) celebrations with dazzling Fireworks, Laser and Drone Shows in various Emirates and locations. There are many more to the attractions this year and extensive arrangements are made for the Safety of the spectators. There are Celebrity Concerts, Parades organized in various venues. Parking arrangements are made well ahead with clear sign boards for easy access. Dubai Metro, Buses and Taxis are well organized to carry people to and from various locations in Dubai.
In Dubai only there will be Fireworks lighting up the sky from 32 locations across the city – The Burj Khalifa, Dubai Frame, Al Seef to name few. Dubai Metro will be running 43 hours straight for the New Year celebrations. Abu Dhabi is aiming to break the Guinness World Records with a Fireworks show spanning for 40 minutes. It is a part of the Sheikh Zayed Festival in Al Wathba. Drone Show, Parade, Dancing Fountain and Live Music are other attractions.

- Team of 1,800 Dubai Municipality personnel
- A Team of 700 Dubai Civil Defence personnel
- 5,800 Dubai Police personnel
- 43 Hours of non-stop Metro service
- 1,420 Volunteers to help and guide
- 3,651 Police Patrols
