Psychotherapy is done as Individual (one-to-one) and Group Formats. Two common theories of Psychotherapy are Psycho-dynamic and Behavioural Therapy
- Alternative Practices – There are many Alternative which are helpful in relieving Stress like Relaxation, Meditation, Massage etc.
